Order Cancellation
Our order processing typically commences within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We kindly request that you carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order after we have initiated the processing but have not yet completed your toy, a cancellation fee of 20% will be applied. In the event that your toy has been completed and you still wish to cancel, a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. The remaining funds will be refunded to your original payment method within a specified timeframe. Once your order has been both completed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received the expected refund, please take the following steps:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
